These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website operated by DB Tax and Accounting Corp ("DB Tax," "we," "us"). By using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Content on this website is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice, nor does it create a client–practitioner relationship. A professional engagement begins only after we sign a written engagement letter with you.

Tax preparation, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services are provided by Doina Bunescu, CPA (New York License #144577) and IRS Enrolled Agent (EA #134813-EA), in accordance with IRS Circular 230, the AICPA Code of Professional Conduct, and applicable state rules. Fees, scope, deliverables, and cancellation terms are defined in your engagement letter, which controls in the event of any conflict with these Terms.

The 30-minute discovery call is complimentary and non-binding. It is intended to understand your situation and determine whether we are a good fit; it does not create a professional engagement or preparer–client relationship.

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or to violate any applicable law;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the site or its systems;
• Interfere with or disrupt the site's operation or security;
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our forms.

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and design — is owned by DB Tax and Accounting Corp or its licensors and protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our prior written consent.

The site may link to third-party services (Calendly for scheduling, Verifyle for the client portal, LinkedIn, Google). We are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of those third parties. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

The website is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Liability for the professional services we perform for you is governed exclusively by the engagement letter.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
